We have decided to move away from mass production to adopt a more human and conscious model. For this reason, we do not accumulate stock: each of our garments is created exclusively for you at the moment you place your order. This system allows us to apply high quality standards and, most importantly, avoid wasting materials. It is our way of respecting the environment while offering you an exclusive boutique piece just finished for your collection.
How do we prepare your order?
To ensure that your purchase arrives in impeccable condition, we have a network of production centers strategically distributed around the world. In this way, your garment is created exclusively in the center closest to your address (which guarantees that each piece is produced under the strict standards of quality and precision of the local destination market).
This process not only ensures a perfect finish and a much faster delivery, but also allows us to significantly reduce our carbon footprint by minimizing long international transport routes.
Rates and Destinations
All prices in our store include the corresponding taxes according to your place of residence. Shipping costs are applied based on the geographical area to ensure safe and careful transport:
- Zone A (Preferential Rate): 5.95 €
Our core destinations benefit from optimized logistics. Shipping is free for orders over 75 €.
Destinations: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom (UK) and United States (USA).
- Zone B (European Rate): 8.95 €
For the rest of Europe, we ensure secure and efficient delivery. Shipping is free for orders over 90 €.
Destinations: Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia and Slovenia.
- Zone C (International Rate & Special Destinations): 14.95 €
Due to logistical exclusivity or the geographical particularities of these regions, a flat international handling fee applies.
Destinations: Australia, Canada, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Guernsey, Iceland, Japan, Jersey, Liechtenstein, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore and Switzerland.
If your country does not appear on this list, please contact us; we will personally look into whether we can add it to our shipping network.
Customs and International Taxes
Although we ship globally, thanks to our network of fulfillment centers, the vast majority of orders to the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States are produced and shipped locally, meaning they do not incur any customs fees.
However, it is important to note that each country has its own import laws and regulations. For destinations outside these core zones, the package may be subject to local tariffs or customs duties upon crossing the border. Should an order incur additional charges, these costs and procedures are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country’s local regulations to avoid surprises.
Delivery Times
As it is an exclusive creation process for each customer, we need between 2 and 5 working days to have your garment ready. Once it is prepared, shipping usually takes between 4 and 8 working days. Please note that these dates are estimates based on working days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
In accordance with current regulations on the right of withdrawal, as these are exclusive pieces of clothing made to order, they are not subject to return or exchange, except for flaws or manufacturing defects.
As each item is born from an express order for you, we cannot accept returns due to errors in the choice of size or color. Therefore, we ask that you carefully review the product’s size guide before confirming your purchase. If you have any questions about the measurements, please contact us; we will be happy to advise you so that your choice is perfect.
Of course, if your piece should have any original defect, we take 100% responsibility and will send you a new one at no additional cost. You only need to notify us within a period of 14 days from the receipt of the package.

For the vast majority of our customers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States, the answer is no. We have local fulfillment centers in these regions, which means your order is produced and shipped from within your own customs zone, ensuring fast delivery without import fees.
However, if you place your order from a country outside these main zones where we do not have a local production center, your garment will be shipped from our nearest international facilities. In these exceptional cases, the package may be subject to tariffs, import taxes, or customs fees upon reaching its destination. These fees are set by your country’s authorities and are always the responsibility of the customer.
We are committed to sustainable fashion, which means that we craft and prepare each garment exclusively for you at the moment you place your order. This meticulous creation process and our premium quality control usually take between 2 and 5 working days. Once your garment is perfect, local shipping to your door takes approximately 4 to 8 additional days, depending on your country. And while exclusivity takes time, you will be happy to know that our delivery times are usually much faster than you expect. Thanks to our local crafting network, your new favorite garment will reach your hands sooner than you imagine!
We want to be totally transparent. The exact shipping cost is automatically calculated in your shopping cart before you pay, based on your country and exact address. Additionally, if you add several items to your order, the system will automatically indicate if you reach the required amount to enjoy free shipping.
As a brand committed to sustainability, we do not work with warehouses full of stock. Each of our garments is made and detailed exclusively for you at the moment you confirm your purchase. Due to this model of personalized and handcrafted production, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size errors or personal preferences. We invite you to carefully review the exact measurements on each product page before placing your order. If you have any questions about the proportions or the fit of a garment, please contact us before completing your purchase; we will be happy to advise you so that you get it right the first time. Of course, if the garment has any manufacturing defect, we will immediately take care of sending you a flawless replacement.
Our customers’ peace of mind is fundamental. Once your garment has passed our quality control and sets off for its destination, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking link. This way, you will be able to know at all times where your package is until it reaches your hands.
To be able to offer you such fast delivery times, we begin preparing your order almost immediately after purchase. If you have noticed an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything in our power to update it, but once the garment has entered its exclusive crafting phase, it is impossible for us to make changes to the order.
